Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 21 April 2026
These Terms & Conditions establish the legal framework for our coaching relationship. By engaging with Annalie Howling and/or Incasa Consulting Ltd., you agree to these terms, ensuring a safe and professional space for your transformation.
Coaching Session Terms
The Relationship
Scheduling & Lateness
Cancellations
The coaching relationship is peer-to-peer and trauma-informed, focused on personal development and radical self-alignment. It is fundamental to understand that coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care. By entering this agreement, you confirm you take full responsibility for your own well-being and any decisions made during sessions.
Sessions are booked via our online portal or directly with my team. We start and finish promptly to respect everyone's focus. If you are late, the session will end at the scheduled time. Sessions not attended or joined more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered handled and non-refundable.
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Any sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. Confidentiality is paramount; all discussions remain private except where there is a legal or ethical obligation to report a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Retreats, Events & Digital Products
The following terms apply specifically to our global retreats and personal development events. By booking a space, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these conditions, ensuring a safe and transformative experience for all participants.
Retreats & Health
Participants are responsible for their own health and travel insurance. You must disclose any medical or trauma-related conditions that may impact your participation before booking. Annalie Howling provides trauma-informed support, but retreats are not a substitute for clinical psychiatric care.
Cancellations & Force Majeure
Due to the exclusive nature of our events, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are subject to full fees. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, global travel restrictions), we will offer credit toward a future transformation experience.
Participant Conduct
Digital & Physical Products
To maintain a safe, high-end environment, we expect all participants to behave with respect and radical empathy. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful to the group narrative, without refund.
Access to digital courses and materials is provided immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Physical products remain the property of Annalie Howling until full payment is received.
